Returns Policy

All orders qualify for 7 days of return period after product delivery, any item(s) returned after 7 days will not qualify for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its Original Condition (Sealed, with Radiant chain Sticker). We will not accept return on orders because of a decrease in price of an individual items.

All returned orders will be subject to inspection from our product team. Once the product has passed our inspection, we will notify you by email and proceed with the refund(if eligible). All returned items which are not due to damages prior to delivery will be subject to a restocking, transaction and Admin fee to cover our loss during transaction. Only items in regular price can be refunded.

We are not responsible for damages incurred by the delivery company during transit of your parcel. In the event of a damaged parcel we may issue partial refunds, however this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We always advise using insured delivery for every order.

To start your return, please email us with your order number for more details. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items and it is not refundable. We will always recommend our customer to ship the item back with a trackable service, we will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.

Cancellation

All cancellations (including pre-orders) will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our transaction and administration fees.

Pre Orders

Please note for all Pre-order items the release date is the actual release date of the product, they will be shipped immediately as soon as they are in stock, all orders placed containing pre-release stock will be held until all items are in stock, please place orders for in stock items separately.

Back Orders

we are happy to take Back Orders for most specific items, this includes sealed products and bulk singles. For any enquiries send us a message on Instagram or Contact us.

Shipping

On shipping items, we aim to complete within one business day, however please allow 3-4 business days to process your order. 
We advise for all orders that you opt in for insured shipping. This will protect your parcel in case of any damages or lost parcels.

Shipping Address

It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct when placing an order. If you notice an issue with the address after the order is placed please contact us as soon as you can so we can amend it. If the shipping address returns no results when creating the shipping label we will use the billing address. This is to ensure no delays in your parcel dispatching from our complex. In the event that both shipping address and billing address return no matching results the order will be automatically cancelled.

Any returned items due to an incorrect delivery address will be added back to the stock and your payment method refunded minus the cost of shipping. Should you wish for these items to be sent again additional shipping charges will be applied. 

Damaged, Lost and Stolen Parcels

At Radiant Chain Collectibles we ensure parcels are secure and well packed before being sent. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package has been handed to the courier. If your tracking number states the parcel is delivered and you are unable to locate it we recommend contacting the local authorities. 

If you have a damaged or lost item please get in touch with ourselves so we can contact Royal Mail regarding the issue. Royal Mail policy for 48 hour and 24 hour tracked services are only covered up to £150 in the event of a damaged, lost or stolen parcel. We always recommend using the Express Insured Delivery option if your order is valuedr at higher than £150. Once Royal Mail have given us the outcome of the investigation we will notify you. The investigation can take up to 20 days in some cases.
